calling stations are usually passive

Indeed they are which is why i should fold the turn. This was the only instance in which he had shown significant aggression. Just because he had altered his behaviour once I donz't see this as reason to categorize him differently

Think i should play bet/fold on turn or check behind and call river.

This. Checking behind is the worst line IMO, there's so much value to be gotten out of calling stations! You can bet 3 streets for value, and then if you feel they are very passive you can fold to a raise on any street.
