Again bet sizing could be smaller preflop. With so shallow stacks 3bb is pretty huge size.

On flop I would usually make smallish cbet. Bit less than half pot is fine. Villain will very often fold. Versus some spewy players cbet-call is fine as well. As played river call is good. We are rarely beat.

I agree with ghaleon, smaller bet pre, and def c-bet flop here, you are in position it's very powerful wepon, so use it to easy take down pots, and bb range here can be very wide so most of the time you will take it down on flop.
