From my experience I'd say everyone can play poker profitable if you just invest enough of time and effort into it and not only grind but also try to watch videos, read articles, discuss hands and etc and always try to improve your game and what's the most important review your sessions.

Question 1: What is your motivation for playing poker?

First of all, and the last ♦, its obviously the money.
What better motivation can it be
But... I just love all the mental game that poker involves, all strategy to beat opponents, all study that I have to do, to learn, to improve my game...
Its such a pleasure study an opponent at the table, and then defeat him.

Question 2: What are your weaknesses when playing poker?

I believe too much in my hands strength, even when I dont get nothing in flop.
I have some problems in my post-flop game. I need to be very focused in game to give up and fold premium hands. Oh man its so hard to give up hands like AK or JJ Yes, Sometimes I also play when I'm tired. and with no motivation
Another thing, as I play micro limits nl2 and nl5, sometimes I dont give enought value to my money, and waste it a lot ...

Question 3: What does it mean to play tight aggressive?

For me, playing TAG is waiting for premium hands, and play it aggressive, always being careful with our position. It works because we play in position, aggressively (betting and raising) and with selected hands, trying to our opponents make mistakes.

Most of the weakness you wrote can easily be fixed by posting hands (analyzing your session). We will start writing feedback to your play. Usually negative feedback will put you into thinking phase and trying to fix all those leaks. It's almost the same as you lose money, you will remember it more than winning part. By this situation it's gonna be that negative feedback you gonna remember and try to avoid them next time.

Playing tired can cause a lot problems. Usually you are moody when tired and get easily angry. Which means you get tilty that brings towards you playing less your A-game. Also lets not forget that you ain't concentrating enough and watching the game which is the worst part. You have to find a way to adjust to tilt. For example against tilt:
Easiest way to fight against tilt is to set up stop-loss technique. Which means if you for example have lost more than 3BIs for a session then you just stop the session for some time. The BI amount is set up from your own results. Some may put it higher, some lower. Also after the stop you can spend some time with evaluation part to become better.

About playing on micros try to remind yourself what you are doing there! You are not there to make money but you are there to learn and get better, so you wont have to lose big moneys on higher levels where you will be making nice salary if you get there. Main idea of the micros is to learn the basics and learn the game how not to lose a lot money. Learn preflop/postflop game and many more.

Tight style is usually called playing selected hands. Like following the Starting Hand Chart. Aggressive should be also pretty clear that already the word says how you should be playing. But the problem playing aggressively is that you have to watch that you don't play too aggressive. Find good spots, find good targets.
