3rd time villain did this retarded donkbet oop, 2nd time I re-raised and he folded. Just seemed weak to me. Also had done some strange plays like min 3bets, 2x to 4x and didn't really seem like strong player.

Regard the donkbet as a check. If he checked to you, would you continuation bet this flop? That's kind of a trick question because I personally would not continuation bet this flop with your hand against this opponent. I would check it back because we fear almost no cards on the turn (an offsuit 9 would be kinda bad). We can almost always call a turn bet, and we can improve to a flushdraw on the turn as well. So vs this donkbet on this board with our hand I would just call. If he checked I would've called also.
