I think I made a mistake here not shoving this being so short against 2 loose opponents

yep, u shud have shoved this. co's range will be weak most of the time so u can count his chips as dead money. if one of these guys wud have been really tight so far i might consider a fold here. but u said they both were loose players so this is clearly a shove.

This. I'd go all the way down to 66 against most players with your reads, 44 with some more specific information.
