Hi, just got royal with diamonds, but didn't get the The Royal Master of Diamonds kick.

Hi there,

the hand history above is missing the initial session data. Can you please post the whole history and please don't copy the content of the file out of the windows/internet explorer, it'll mess up the xml format. Please use a standard text editor instead.

Hi RovarTry,

the copied hands above are still not working, this time some information out of the middle has been lost (...lamity001" type="2" sum="...).
Please open the original hand history and try to get the content, don't use a tracked interpretation of the hand, like the one from HM2.
Maybe it's much easier for you to send the original file via email to us at "application-services[AT]pokerstrategy[DOT]com"?

Hi RovarTry,

we've received your email and the attached hand history is good, the "Royal Master of Diamonds" kick should have been awarded.
In order to check what happened during the game we need the SideKick's logfile from the time the royal flush was dealt.

The latest SideKick version comes with an easy access option to archive the logfiles (using the tray's content menu), just mail us your logfile archive please.

If i look at log files, the 10.5.2012 log is missing, They start at 11.05.2012. I'm positive that my sidekick was running at that time, cuz i've got set over set kick to prove it (it's in my sig)

Hello,

in order to verify and prove a kick we need the original hand history and the logfile from the time the hand was played. While your hand history has been checked ok, your logfile is still missing.
Please notice that there is nothing we can do without your logfile.

The SideKick creates up to 10 different logs and stores them in the local SideKick log folder. Please check your logs at:

%localappdata%\PokerStrategy.com\PokerStrategy.com SideKick\Logs

Guys, i don't know what else to tell you.

My sidekick was running (obviously, cuz i have set over set kick from that day) and for some reason only log from that day is missing.

As you can see from the photo, previous dates are saved in different name date format than the one from 11th.

Maybe i can't see it but it looks like that 10th is missing. I can send you all log files but they are round 136MB big and i can't send them via email. If you wish i can upload it to dropbox or rapidshare.
