You certainly can vs a lot of opponents, but definitely not vs all. Tough to give a definite answer without knowing anything about your opponent here.
He was quite a passive player, usually limping pre until the blinds got higher then he would start min raising a little more. The one read I did get from him was his limp on the button range never has A or K in it.
If I remember correctly I assumed since he raised he had an A or K in his range
be very careful re stealing below 15BB u usually have very litle fold equity.
against a min raise you can still call T9s, just an awesome hand and if he´s raising K6o A3o 44 etc you put him in a very ugly spot.
