Good raise even with 3 flush and 4 straight cards on a river?

I like a turneraise more for a free showdown and to make his draw expensiv.

I don't like the riverraise because you are not often enoiugh ahead anymore if you take the flopaction into content(?).

i thought about a turnraise too but somehow i don´t like it because it´s not THAT likely that he has a draw. i would put him on an overpair most of the time and sometimes AJ+, KQ of or something. against this hands a turn raise is good but i don´t really like it because we can´t fold to a 3-bet.
why not raise the river ? ok i have to admit that i haven´t seen the possible straight (shame on me) but JJ-AA will still pay us off... maybe that´s not enough and it sucks a bit that we can´t really fold to a 3-bet against unknown on this limit...
