I assume, the pay out is 70:30 and there are no antes.
If we were tight in the previous blind level and this is our first open push in a few hands- we have more FE. I think, it's gonna be very hard for a fishy 37/17 SB to fold 33+, A2s+, A7o+, KQ, KTs type of hands in this spot. Same probably applies to the BB, who is about to call looser as he closes the action. Also, if SB is aggro in the blind levels, I will tighten up even more, because of the higher possibility he raise/pushes and BB goes broke with wider range than he should(they are both fishes).
I fold this hand. Probably shove Q8-9s or so. I won't go crazy in this spot, because of the reasons mentioned above. Probably shoving about 20-25% range.
