I think I should have folded river, price is too big and after he showed such strength I dont see which hands I beat and I dont think he ever bluffs 3 streets...

Do you have some reason to believe that villain would bluff flop in first place? I doubt as that flop nails your likely open raise range from UTG. So I would assume that he has set, AQ or AJ pretty often and just fold to flop raise. You are only really happy to see T and you wont have much implied odds in case you hit.
