I installed Elephant, went to "Import Hand Files" started importing, 345 files imported, about 10k hands.
What now? I went to Overwiev and there is "No Hand is your database"
details: I have history in PartyP in english, trial Elephant (but i acquired 2000 SPP after 1st april, and still havent recieved License)
Go to the mainmenu (the elephant upper left) and set your nickname in the site settings. The other opportunity ist to set your screenname as a filter in the filter settings in the bottom left corner. Hope that helps. If you have any further questions please ask them here.

when I launch Elephant:
"the first step is to create a new database..."
-> Settings: Enter the username, Enter your password, Enter the database name..
I typed here the username+password what I choosed while instaling PostgreSQL
-> click on OK
-> CONNECTION TO DATABASE SERVER LOST!
Further Informations: Canť read data from transmission connection: Your current connection was forced closedown by remote host
(the Futher Information was in my language so I translated it to english)
-> I want play NL25 and for profit I need here stats, please help one little, crying future pro 
Ok, I reinstalled Windows (XP) I created new database, now in filter I see partypoker, but I cant find here my nickname
So if you enter your nickname in the filter and click on search nothing happens?

exactly, It even did not search the nick (same cpu activity..)
Is your nickname in the portal settings correct? Please check this.

Offcourse it is (settings->sites->partypoker (1 screenname) and correctly set)
Elephant everytime produce bug report, I think it will help if I sent you the report, where can I send it (only for your eyes)

Hi Galam,
I will post you how I installed it, exactly, (I made another disc format)
-> downloaded PS E. v0.49.zip
Installed to the native folder, user: everyone. PSE was installed
-> run windows update, (wow this is slow ♦) NO (NO means not one new update in ALL the updating)
that also means no new version in SQL Server feature pack..
-> open PSE (trial version)
Now - PostgreSQL Installation
Name: "xyz" (lets say) Password "123" (lets say)
Port 5432
and - Install PostgreSQL, the Postgre Installer has been started (finished? no mention)
-> Open PS Elephant - the first step is to create database blabla
The user name choosed while installing PostgreSQL "xyz" and the same password.
Enter The database name: elephantdb (native)
creating database - succesfully created
please your hud display mode (Standart)
-> Do you want import handhistories from your installed portals (PartyPoker)? YES
click on "start import", all imported.
->go to Filter -> Player and Portals -> entered my screen name (I tried also account name) and hit Search - nothing happened
sites - select PartyPoker
-> NOW I CAN GO TO OVERVIEW, HANDS, ANALYSE AND I SEE ONLY "NO HANDS IN YOUR DATABASE"
-> one more time go to windows update and no updates
NOW GALAM, WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?
Please make sure your poker-software of choice saves the hand histories in english language. Try to manual import those hands... Does that work?

Offcourse I have handhistory in english and of course that manual import did NOT work (Hand imported but nothing happened)

Feel free to tryout out newest version 0.50. Please go the main menu (the elephant upper left) and make sure your portal settings there are correct. Please enter your nickname there.
