Call.

Villan is too short that he's shoves give to you 1:2 odds so you need to be good nearly 30% and the range of the villan includes some small pp and dominated aces a bigger part of the time you're ahead, another it's a coin flip and in other you have 35% equity. Sometimes you are dominated but is ok.

you only have to call 4158 to win 4158+7948
therefore you only need 34% equity to break even

however it is important if you have any reads on villain regarding
his 3b shoves

if stats are over a large sample, and are reliable,
then his 3betting range is:
99+,AJs+,AKo

against that range we only have 28% and it would be a fold.

if you really give him this kind of range its a fold... but i think its normally a little bit loser so you can def. call!
