I really can't see what i can beat other than complete air, so I need to turn it into a bluff to get him off Qx ?

he has Ac a lot of times way is played or just Tx that he give up
if i call that flop i'll bet that turn and give up

I would prefer checking river.
You always have there some showdown value, if you bet smt like 1100$ he may herocall with Ax or Qx, so you may have to bet more and there is chance he would always c/c smt like QxJc

If I had 99/88 I may consider betting 1100$ or 2500$ to make him fold close to 100% of his range (although likely that is not the best spot, since Ac, Kc should bet turn.
