if both of them reg,99 raise is bluff raise.
And if called,I may check fold if 3 waypot.BU often have JJ or TT.
Is it also good to bet/fold?it may laydown Bu's AJ or AQ but it seems marginal.

Hey,

You have a stack to pot ratio of 1.x so your only move with 99 on this flop is to shove. Foreseeing TT-JJ are NOT present in their range, you have very good equity here

I do not think I can bet/fold the Flop here but it is far better to go all-in yourself for value because you get called by worse
