What is 4% 3bet range in your mind? Do you use Equilab already to calculate equities?

99+,AQs+,AKo so41% equity.
and against 11.5 range I have 54% equity.

Well yes but mind you that if he 3bet bluffs as well, you have to remove the 99,TT, AQs part more or less

In any case I think when he 3bets you often, you have to go all-in here. The problem is your stack. With 40bb I have no problem going all-in here because that is straight +EV. With a bigger stack like yours, you are in between MSS and BSS. I always recommend players to rebuy to maximum if you have a stack like this, it just doesnt play well
