This is one of hands I prefer to open shove in this spot, if I expect somewhat light 3bets. Hand is too weak to raise-call. Well it can be ok to call his shove, but it would still be more profitable to just open shove.
In your minraise range you can have hands you are inducing resteals and hands you are "happily" folding to 3bets.
agree with ghaleon. this is a rare spot where im OK with open shoving 15-16bbs
