Could 4bet more preflop, but this player could easily minraise light and could fold, so I want to induce him to reraise again. Also I didn't want to invest lets say hald of stack preflop and then c/f or bet/fold on flop like this.
Maybe its even c/f the flop, because such bet shows weakness and he bluffraises, but probably he could have easily hit there.
