Pre Flop: (1.4 SB) Hero is BB with J :club: 5 :club:
3 folds, BTN raises, 1 fold, Hero calls

Flop: (4.4 SB) K :club: 4 :diamond: 5 :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets, Hero raises, BTN calls

Turn: (4.2 BB) 8  (2 players)
Hero bets, BTN calls

River: (6.2 BB) 3 :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Hand vs very solid TAG from PS.com.

I think Im betting his weak button range on Flop and Turn so I have clearly check/raise Flop and bet on Turn. Due to his passive colddown I think he is betting me on some :diamond: :diamond: draw and making some colddowns with Ahi. I'm not certain if I should bet that River. Also I wouldn't know how to react on his Turn Raise, which I think ll be most of a Time a Kx or good pp beacuse He knows on this board my check/raise ll be never spew and most of a time good draw/madehand.

Actually i don't mind folding to a turnraise against a solid tag because 8 improves you well and i don't think most players will raise with many weaker hands. On a card like a 2 he'd certainly be more inclined to freeshowdownraise against your straight- and flushdraws but with 8, 87 and 67 have improved now and if you have 57 67, you still have an openender etc. And straightdraws in general are more likely than flushdraws so it would be a bad play to raise something worse.

A6 A9 AT or a flushdraw himself. On the River i would bet again. He may you call with Ax though. With A4 A3 22. I don't actually think he is checking back many better hands because you would bet Kx , you would bet a flush and i guess he'll recognize that you've got 4x 5x most of the times and valuebet and a tag won't certainly bluffbet in that situation. He expects you to check/call so i would bet yourself and fold to a raise.

Suggestions?

I forgot to mention about River,

I saw few his hands, he is capable of bluff-raising scary rivers or even bet/3bet them, like diamond draw completets BUM, straight draw completes, BUM, the problem is I don't know If his making those actions beacuse of solid reads or If he have on his River some portion of bluffs.

With this additional information Firsttsunami you would play bet fold or bet call River?

With this information bet/call the River. I think the reason for him bluffraising the river is rather his own strategical approach than it's based on a read he picked on you. It's lowstakes and people use to play really schematic, not taking specific reads into consideration when they make their decision. Question is whether you gave him the reason to think you're folding a lot to riverraises and thus increased his stealattempts? But as he can just represent 33 A3 and the madeflush i don't many other hands raising and once you've seen him bluffing, i would call a riverraise.
