You're not in great shape as you already figured out yourself but though your EQ is enough to coldcall and see what's going to happen on the Turn and River. Pot is just too big and you can make good folds on a card like 9♦ and you'll achieve a little EQ jump against your opponents draws like AJ KJ AK with a Flushdraw. Lets just assume (simplified) you have to put in 2SB in the 15SB Pot. Makes 1:7 and another BB goes in by each one. ALthough you have to modify the ranges, utg could be continue barreling with his ui hands like KJ and valuebet with KQ and QJ etc.

If UTG doesn't raise the drawing Hands, your EQ goes down and the reads you've written down are from BB?

I would coldcall and see what happens.
