Preflop: I'd most likely still 3bet it bigger, towards $5 at least. Especially being OOP.

Postflop: His range hardly hits such a board so you are never making any better hands to fold and there is no point to CB even. I'd just Check and reevaluate the actions. AK/TT/JJ are in his range and of course QQ even possible.
