thought pot control > protection, don't want to bet/fold my twopair, may river a boat (aha) and may catch a bluff on non river

how do you like raise flop? i didn't like it because it looked to me like we will isolate against 86+, 7s5s+ and that's it, maybe JJ+ also?

Hello Tomaloc,

You have to raise the flop to protect your hand there and raising doesn't always mean that we want to go broke. How can you isolate against worse 2pairs? Why would he even Call with such hands on SB?

But otherwise I'd rather Bet the turn for free showdown and maybe even protection than hero-call the river vs huge Bet.

Best Regards.

it'd be great to run into worse 2pairs, but that's like 3 combos (86) :P but still possible
i don't remember specifics exactly but i thought he could well be calling these hands, his vpip/pfr gap is huge also

So you put him only on the nuts on the flop, especially if he has a loose image?
