It's obvious you don't have the nuts when you bet the river because if you did, this would be a full pot bet.

Having told your opponent this information he could well use this to outplay you. However you can't call his raise as most of the time he is going to show up with a straight so you have to fold. To avoid this in future, check/call the river instead as at least then , villain might bluff with a busted draw, though it's hard to see how he has one after calling the flop and turn.
