The villion in BB fold to Sb steal is 53.
1、The flop should i Cbet here?i can not make sure.i think if he has PPS or AX can not fold here.
2、What kind board is better to BB,what kind board is better to SB,when SB VS BB?

If you steal loose you should always cBet here with the mostly option to 2nd barrel , one barrel and then giving up is not really good since the board is so low

Don't think most people can handread so you just have to play their (capped) range as they are calling if you steal from the SB so you have to estimate how often he is just floating you or only calling your cBets with made hands
