Yes, it looks quite at the edge of being BE. I think for the most part he has a top pair and I also agree with you that he is not folding. He might also make this move with worse draws or 8x, but generally it's a Qx, so I don't mind folding. You are still very deep and I wouldn't enjoy taking marginal spots. Not to mention there is still some ICM tax, so we actually need more equity than we get from the equilab.
