Not sure if I should shove or call here. They are both pretty short which is why I'd like to get the money in preflop (rather than flopping an ugly flop and still having to call because of hude odds even though I'd be crushed), but the thing that I have a problem with is the min 3bet preflop, which usually means that that person doesn't have AAxx. If it was a potsized 3bet and 4bet, this would be an easy shove, but in this case, I'm not so sure. SB is also unknown so I can't really conclude anything from his small 3bet.
