Fold preflop, T9o isn't an openraise from BU
Conti-bet flop, A on table gives you a perfect chance to take the pot right away.
Bet turn, you now have 2 pairs and flush and straight draws are very likely.
It's hard to predict river after this line, but if you still see 2 raises ahead of you, fold, 6 completes an OESD.

Yes fold on the river is right.

Fold preflop, there's already somebody in the hand who will never fold and even T9o isn't enough there to openraise.

Make a cbet on the flop, you have middle pair and there are a lot of draws on the board, try to get some money in while you're ahead. Turnbet is good.

You can fold the river because it only takes 1 card to get the straight and there's a big risk BB will 3-bet.
