C betting here is not a bad play but check folding on that board is not a bad play either as it hits your opponents range pretty well. Against passive players I would check back, against aggros i would cbet 1/2 pot and give up if called.

Nah, not really. There ain't many worse hands which pay you anyways there while being in 3bet pot. Nice hand!
