If not, then why and when do you suppose we might be able to get one? I'm not sure how difficult it would be compared to EU? I mean, how hard can it be?

Hey,
Sorry for the delay here - I was sure I dropped the post. So unfortunately the Canadians are not allowed to use and get MasterCard because it is not part of EU. There is no close future plans to introduce them outside of EU - as I was informed by Skrill.

PP has one that you can get, also I believe netteller has one also though i have no clue if it is the same deal as skrill.
