Discussed in todays coaching:

Would prefer to see you bet full pot on the turn. You're not repping anything by betting weak on the turn when it's a draw heavy board. If you actually had 67 you would be jamming here.

Villain doesn't have the nuts else he would raise the flop so you can probably put pressure on him to fold a better hand like AA/KK plus he could well have a draw like JT or T7 himself.

River I would check/call. Villain has a draw or AA/KK. AA or KK isn't paying you off on the river so by checking the river you allow busted draws a chance to bluff at this river card.

At PLO10 against a player that can't hand read I'm not sure you need to pot the turn.

Being unbalanced here generally won't be exploited and he is probably calling Turn folding River when he misses with pretty much his whole range.

Personally I think balance/unexploitable play is not optimal at stakes this low.
