I think you should bet flop bigger and shove self on turn vs his stack size :)
But still not totally sure, the diamond doesn't help much, but still think we have the odds to shove self here?

need like 30% equity

we have nutfd and if we add just a few worse Ax to his range we should easily get it, ship the monies

Yea, damn sizings :/ About fd, I wasn't scared of that, the only fd I could see in his hand was KQ, most of the time he should have Ax, maybe KdJ, QdJ. Even if he had some random cards that hit fd, I still have possibility to get nut flush, so it's not so bad situation imo

Against his stack just ship the turn if you are calling it off anyways. We will have tough time to give up our hand there.
