I am planning to deposit cash on Stars so I can play some HU and take advantage of a reload bonus. I know the code but there doesn't seem to be any option to enter a promo code in the cashier.
Is there a special box to enter the code? (I play on 888 so haven't used the Stars cashier before)

I just looked in the cashier right now, it is normally right under charge amount and do not see it. Under any payment option for that matter

From previous experiences if you have withdrawn whilst a promotion is running you will not be allowed to enter a promotion code.
If you contact PokerStars support they will be able to clarify this for you.

That makes sense - I did withdraw during the 600 initial deposit bonus period.
