Nobody. Inducting someone each year makes it lose it's value imo..

I know what you mean and I cant think of any players that fit the criteria that arent already in the hall of fame

I'd say the poker kid or tony g but they're still 38. I'd favor the person to be influential in the overall poker community or to have left a mark in the history of poker, be it Fossilman, Juanda, John Duthie (I believe him to be the most suitable, both because he's a player and EPT's creator which is what began increasing popularity of tournament poker in Europe).
