As mentionned in the title my sidekick is not working.
I don't receive any kicks and i don't have any handhistory (new fonction).
When I click on the "Support" icon, it says that I'm not connected, or I don't have the right statut ??!!!
Whereas at the bottom it says that i'm connected ("You are connected as Jadocky") and i have as u can see the silver statut!
Can u help me pls.
Hi Jadocky,
please make sure that your poker clients are saving the hand history locally.
In many cases, this option needs to be activated manually in the poker clients.
Please check wether your hand histories are beeing saved or not.
Edit: In case you can not connect / login to SideKick at all, please check your firewall settings.

The Sidekick has been updated. I don't see the "level up" kicks anymore, and i have received the new kicks pokerstars.
But it still not working.
It seems that the soft doesn't recognize the target to handhistory file or something like that...

the previous problems were caused by an incorrect time setting on your operating system.
Please send me another logfile export via email in case you are sure that your time is set correctly.
There has to be another problem underlying. We have to investigate new logfiles.

My previous time zone in PartyPoker was WET, and it was matching my local time zone.
Now i've switched to the EDT time zone and Sidekick is working, but it doesn't match my local time zone.
Side kick is now working, but it's a bit disturbing cause the time zone switch to EDT doesn't match my local time zone wich is WET.
