For turbo i say not less than 100 BI, for sample over 1k sng it will be hard to keep 30% roi, but if you can, than you should play higher limits.
I used to play a lot of these and was crushing them at first only to have some huge swings along the way. I would tend to agree with Rufus with 100 buy ins being a decent amount, good luck trying to keep up your ROI but get ready for some swings.
