If I win a satellite tournament to higher one how can I get tournament or event money instead of that high ticket? is it like signup with your ticket, then unregister and instead of refund with ticket they refund with money?

If you qualified for an MTT with satellite you can unregister and you get T$ back. You can trade T$ to $ for usually 99% ratio.
If you qualified for an MTT with a ticket (like you buy a ticket from the store) you can unregister but you get ticket back and no T$.
