What do you think about my line? He folds almost never the raise on the flop, maybe 3 barrels were better, he never has an A over there except when he has AA (his open range from UTG is 10%)
Especially if he doesn't fold a lot to flop raises then not even worth to raise unless we also know about his CB flop & turn and etc stats and also for example W$SD. 
Though vs such a tight UTG we might prefer rather to just float and reevaluate the turn.
