UTG+2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 5 folds, BB calls $0.20
At these tables, I've been open raising 3bb, since that seems to be the standard.
Open raising 66+ also seems to be working for me, due to the number of times it gets folded around. If I get called, a CBet will often win the pot, so I've been raising pairs a lot
Flop: ($0.65) A:h 6:c 6:h (2 players)
BB bets $0.31, Hero calls $0.31
With this guy's stats, I felt reasonably sure he just called out of habit and donked.
He had been getting away with this a lot, and after only 47 hands was up over a BI.
Should I have raised here to make him pay for another card, or is the A a signal to play for pot control even against this guy?
Turn: ($1.27) 2:d (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ???
I think I'm ahead of him, so I actually bet for value here.
Or did I just turn my hand into a bluff?
