Preflop: nh!

Flop:
I wouldn't c/r that board without very specific reads. The K is part of his range and a lot of flushdraws are possible as well. I don't see him folding often enough to make your c/r profitable.

Turn:
IF you bet the turn you should bet a little bigger. 1/3 potsize looks a bit weak after check/raising the flop. Another problem with your c/r on the flop is, that you can't c/f the turn easily. There is the big danger of donating without any foldequity.

River:
You should always push here. Your hand is not obvious at all and therefore it might look like a bluff. Since your stack is <potsize you might have flushes, full house, bluffs, toppair and everything else you can imagine. If your opponent has some kind of hand he will call anyways. If he doesn't he folds anyways. Therefore you should try to get maximum value out of you nuts by pushing the river. I would even push the river if my stack was >potsize since it looks very spewy on the specific card.
