no FE for a resteal, so its a fold

Hello RobertAdams,

I don't think we got fold equity so I would shove with something near Nash calling range for BB shove - 25.3%, 33+ A2s+ A4o+ K8s+ K9o+ Q9s+ QJo JTs , or a bit wider, because his range may be very wide here. He may often raise/fold to BB.
