I'm having a problem importing hands from PartyPoker's FastFwd poker.
It works normally for half a hour or so, then it stops auto importing hands.
I try to import it manually, select the whole session folder but it trows me an error, tried one file at the time but I get the same thing.
"Files imported: 6 of 6
Hands imported: 0
...
Import errors: 703"
Anybody knows how to fix this or atleast how to import these hands?
I'm not sure if this is a HEM problem as Party has problems with the handhistories too.
But lets try to figure it out.
Which HEM version are you using?
Can you try to create a new database and import the hands into this database?
I read that PP has loads of problems with hand histories. Naturally, when software "forgets" to save hand history, it can't be imported. But this time, I can open hh, see the hands but when I try to import it just fails.

Please change your windows regional settings to english (USA) and try again.
If that fails too we need to look into the hands.
