you can calculate it pretty easily.
you need to call $3.22 in what is going to be a $11.66 pot, so 322/1166 = ~27.6%.
you might want to consider folding to the flop minraise though if you think that utg will ship over very often - then it's rather a $3.86 investment, 386/1166 = ~33.1%.

if you want to continue you might want to ship the monies yourself if you think that you have some fold equity, but the play is pretty standard.
indeed the only thing that really sucks is to get it in against a dominating draw, but there will usually be enough twopair/set combos to make it profitable as you've seen yourself.

your ranges look pretty reasonable but i wouldn't include a lot of AK since it's overplaying. i think a reasonable range is something like

there we should be folding to the flop minraise if we assume them being reasonable players.
however they might overplay AK and there may be other random spaz hands, so in-game i'm more towards stacking off because i like gambling ♦
but i feel that it is slightly -EV since i don't think they'll have a lot worse hands and AK that often, so folding flop vs the minraise should be the best line.
