You should not bet because no better hand is folding. An important rule of thumb in Poker. If you bet, then you bet for 2 reasons:

a) better hands are folding, you have K high and he won't certainly not fold KT KQ on the Turn

b) worse Hands er calling. Unless he checked back QT, there is no worse hand hes gonna be calling with

Having that considered you should just check/fold also in terms if we contemplate the hands he checks back with. This is either a slowplay or a hand with showdownvalue like KJ KT KQ or 98 etc. If he's got air like 78s , he'll always bet! People on these stakes don't play creative and check back with 78 to induce showdownvalue etc. C/F is the best play as J is a bad card. Hits a hand like QJ or KJ.
