raises cbets 50% of time

on flop i think either calling flop raise, or making it ~$8 would induce a lot.

number of hands?

i don't think he's bluffing, if he has 88% fold to 3bet it is likely that now he has a hand.
3bet flop and ship it vs JJ+/TT/66/55/AT(?)

or if you think that he's bluffing call and c/shove a lot of turns

Hello yougotfelted51,

Bet the flop a bit bigger whilst his calling range most likely is towards a lot of PPs which will pay you. After his raise assuming that he is capable of bluffing just Call the flop and let him Bet the turn and then you can Check/Shove it to allow him continue with bluffs.

Best Regards.
