Hi everybody!

I have a strange hand, with I can't resolve myself and I have a couple of questions. The hand was played on iPoker, 5$.

From the opponent on CO I have only 100 hands, second this she/he is playing 9/6. Seems a solid, very tight player, and don't saw any strange showdown from he. The blinds are random calling stations.

On the flop I missed the c-bet because I timed out. There was a lot of action on the other tables :f_cry:

My first question is about the raise on the turn. I see plenty of value on the raise, but I don't know if the size was good.

The second question is about my plan on the river. Taking every info in consideration, I can only see medium pairs in CO's range, can't see any draw connecting to this board or any other combination that the CO can turn into bluff. The only card that he can bet for value and weaker than mine is the A2, but I can't believe that he will flat my raise PF with this or that he miss a raise on the draw-heavy turn against three opponents. So my plan was bet/fold. This plan is totally idiot or not?

I'm lost and appreciate any help. Thanks in advance :diamond:

Hi all,

Bet larger on the river and folding seems reasonable against such an opponent. I agree, I don't think he will turn any hands into bluffs and we beat very few hands.

Unless you put V on Pocket A not sure I am folding the river.

Turn RR I would make a little bigger say 520ish although not sure it's a big difference.

He can't have anything that we beat. 66 plays the same way, 22 usually plays the same way (if he has 22 he's an idiot though).

Thank you all!

It's good to hear, that I am not totally lost :f_p:

I will follow the advice about the larger bet, I think I must take some time reviewing all my bet-sizes.

diversfx: as chenny8888 said, I'm not putting him on AA, instead on 66 or 22. My big dilemma was about A2, the only card that I can beat, but I was not sure if villain can play with that this way.

Now, It's all clear, thanks for the help.
