he was like 24/17 on very small sample of 20 hands or so, basicly unknown, did I play wrong? I would say his range is AA KK QQ JJ TT 99 55 and AKs, or should I widen his range? Because if I don't, it's bad play

that is a very tight range for an unknown player. He needs to be doing this with hands like A9 and more flush draws for you to shove here. if you think he is only pot betting 99+ and AKs then your TT is in bad shape and you should just fold the flop.

I would shove flop on this limit with only a 20 hand sample and the results of this hand is exactly why, these players are playing some trashy hands even from early position.
