I'm getting an error:

"Sorry, there is no response from the gaming server.
Please check your Internet connection and retry logging in.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

But I played on Poker770 until about an hour ago. It'll probably work soon.

Been having all kinds of problems for the past few weeks, last night I had messages saying my account was suspended. Which was obviously worrying but it seems to be working now with no problems.

Ouch. That happened to me once when I tried to login a bunch of times (I think I was typing in the wrong password)

They automatically suspend your account (make it unable for you to login, even with the right user/pass) for security reasons in case of a flood of login attempts.

I'm writing this just for more info, not to say that you did something wrong! ^^

Poker770 works mostly okay for me.

I think that may have been the case I tried a few times to log in, then again 15mins later and that is when it said it was suspended.

All ok now though thankfully.

Kind of related, I've been getting some connection issues at various points for the past few evenings. It gives me that connection to 770 has been lost bs. It comes back up fairly quickly, but I easily miss several hands and lose money to hands I was in etc. :/

:(

Have you contacted Poker770 support regarding these disconnections at all?

Regards,
Gary

I've experienced the same thing.
I don't know what IP they're using, but all day long I experienced brief disconnections.

I had a continuous ping going to google's DNS server, and in the entire day it did not drop so much as a single packet.

I'll do a bit more research -- I have tools that could tell where in the chain the break is occurring.

They have 3 servers in MOHAWK INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES and 4th is in Curacao - Netherlands Antilles. So i would say all those disconnects and other stuff is pretty much expected. If you see a reason to play on this site then just run tracert command from CMD to their play server(s) while playing and you will see where connection is lost (also you will have proof that problem is not in your end)

Hello,

Regarding the connection issues that affected Poker770 players, I assure you that these are being dealt with as top priority by our Technical team.

However, due to the fact that this is a network wide issue, we work closely with iPoker Technical team to diagnose and fix this problem.

For any further details, please contact our Customer Support at support@poker770.co.uk. Rest assured that interruption payments have been made for all the players who were affected by these issues and other cases are still being investigated by our specialists.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I will get back to you with a formal announcement on when it is fixed.

Kind regards,

Yoanna
