BE reg 19/13/3.3/1.8k, SB steal 50%(82), no particular steal/resteal history vs me

u guys have any idea what does his funny sizing represent? is that a very good, but vulnarable hand (AT+ KQ, medium pockets etc.) that he doesn't really want to play postflop with? or he does it with his full range (let's assume 50% to simplify it) cause he wants the steal to be effective the biggest percentage of the time and is not really aware that a smaller size would be more +EV in the long run (i ve seen him doing so many basic mistakes that im actually surprised that he can even break even on this limit)?

anyway, if we were shallower im reshipping it pre, if his size was smaller im flatting but here i have no idea what to do to be honest..

if he is really on 50% here (which i doubt cause of the sizing, ive got a 'feeling' he does it only with a part of his stealing range, just can't really figure out which part. Most logically he doesnt have neither the absolute top of his range here nor the absolute bottom) he needs to call my repush with less than 15% to make it +EV for me to shove.

if my assumptions are correct that he is tight here, but no premiums its a super easy fold pre.

anybody wants to flat pre even for that price?

I put him on strong, but not monster range. Sometimes it would be small-mid pocket, then it would be K9s, A6o, hands like that I guess. I am not sure what these fishes fold on a shove plus we are 25bb deep, so I don't wanna go flipping so deep on a table I expect to have an edge.

I guess u might flat if he's abc post, not too aggro. You can also comfortably fold imo.
