Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 4 A
CO posts BB OOP, MP1 folds, BB checks, BTN folds, Hero raises to $3.50, CO calls $3, BB folds

Flop: ($9) 9 Q 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $6, CO raises to $19, Hero raises to $174.12 and is all-in, CO calls $92.11 and is all-in

Turn: ($231.22) 3 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: ($231.22) 6 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Results:

Hero showed 4 A and lost (-$115.11 net)

Oppo is a reg, I've decided to go broke because his raise range is 21% so I think a have a lot of fold equity and if he calls me I have from 9 to 12 outs.

I don't really like it, do you really expect the guy to be raising with Qx? Or what do you expect to see here what he goes broke?

Raising pure air wouldn't really make sense and I rarely doubt that he is going to do that. He can float with K:s/X:s type of holdings so what does leave him here? Cause clearly we ain't folding that much on such a board either once we CB it.

And if you think he has pure air then why would you think that shoving is the best move here? :) You are making worse to fold and better continue.

What is going on with the preflop action / positions??
There is two people that act after your preflop raise but only one person has committed money before that.

So tough to comment on the preflop spot, I can't tell what position you are and who has put in what.

monotone flops don't get bluff raised very often, so I think you are facing a flush/set there the majority of the time and should just fold.

No. Against a flush you have 7 outs. You never have 12 outs, he is not raising KcQc.
Also, try to think in equity rather than in #of outs.

If he is bluff raising flop sufficiently often (needs to be about half the time) then you can jam. This may very well be the case, so your jam might be fine. But as default your jam is crazy loose.
