Hi Guys,
I need to sell an established and running business (Italian Restaurant) located in UK.
Already done all the necessary like local estate agencies; they already told me that it will come difficult to sell in this period due the recession and financial crunch, so, I was wondering how I can increase the chances to sell it.
Any1 with experiences in this area that can give me some ideas, tips and suggestions?
For example, what else I can do and which other channels I can use
