hi,
preflop: open-fold - we dont have odds to open-limp, esp T9s and esp from UTG+1, as played call vs raiser and cold-caller with odds
flop: as played, check/raise - its multi-way, chances are better to go broke
turn: as played, ok

We cant play such hand profitably from so early position in 10 handed table so fold preflop. Easy call versus this minraise.

Flop check-call or check-raise are both fine. I dont mind to underrep our hand in such rainbow flop. If it offered flush draw go always for check-raise. Here we have relatively few bad turn cards.

Turn is good.
